Standard credit terms to qualified customers are net 30 days.
New accounts are shipped COD cash or money order, or prepaid.
Invoices paid after the net due date may be charged a 1.5% per month finance charge.
We accept VISA and Master card.

All orders are shipped by C.O.D. unless a credit application is on file for your account.
Back orders will not be shipped unless customer specifies so at the time of ordering.

Any check returned by the bank is subject to charge of $20.00

Our minimum shipment is $250.00 due to high cost of handling

We are not responsible for damage in transit, you must notify the carrier at the time of delivery.
For damage found later, you must contact the carrier for a concealed damage claim.

All shipments must be counted for correct number of cartons at the time of delivery and signed for the number of received. We cannot be responsible for a shortage if you sign for cartons you have not received. All shortages must be reported to our office within 5 days from the receiving date.

We warrant electrical products against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for one year after original date of purchase. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse.

No merchandise is accepted for return unless written authorization has been obtained from our office. Damaged and defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all shipment ordered, the refused at the of delivery.

Advance notice on price changes will be given whenever possible. However price is subject to change without notice and goods will be billed at price in effect the date of shipment.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities.
